Before you read anything else, answer these four questions about your current setup. It takes 60 seconds and it tells you whether your infrastructure is running on 2024 rules or 2026 rules.
What's your average daily send volume per inbox?
When your warmup finishes, what happens next?
Do you have pre-aged, pre-warmed reserve inboxes ready to rotate in before performance drops?
When you launch, does the inbox keep the same sending window, volume range, and template structure it had during warmup?
Scoring below, one line per trigger.
If you're sending 40+ emails per day per inbox, stop. You can expect instant bans. Drop to 10-15 immediately and go to Chapter 2. If your warmup turns off at launch, your inbox is being evaluated as a brand new sender the moment campaigns start, so jump to Chapter 2. If you have no reserves ready, you're running reactive rotation and you're losing 2 weeks of pipeline every time an inbox breaks, so read Chapter 3. If your inbox behaviour changes at launch, the provider never extends the trust you built during warmup, and Chapter 2 fixes that.
