most of your replies WON'T come from email one.

they'll come from email 3, 4, or 5.

your prospect's inbox is filled with 100 other pitches. they're not ignoring you. they just didn't see it.

if you stop after email one or two, you've wasted everything you put into the research and the value asset.

THE 5-EMAIL SEQUENCE

Email 1: Initial outreach (PPQ framework)

use the PPQ structure from Section 2. one problem, one proof, one question. 80 words max.

ℹ️ noticed [company] just [trigger event]. we helped a similar [industry] team [specific result] by [what you did]. worth a quick look?

Email 2: Reminder + value add

this is where you attach or link to your value asset from Section 3. a Loom teardown, a checklist, a relevant case study.

ℹ️ hey [name], put together a quick [asset type] based on [their specific situation]. thought it might be useful regardless of whether we chat. [link]

do NOT send "just bumping this." that is the fastest way to be ignored by anybody. add VALUE.

Email 3: Ask for feedback

ℹ️ not sure if this was off base or just bad timing. either way, happy to point you toward [relevant resource] if it's useful. no strings.

this makes it easy to respond without committing to anything. a lot of replies come from this one because the pressure is completely off.

Email 4: Light scarcity

ℹ️ i still have a couple of spots this week if [the thing you offered] is relevant. if not, totally fine.

creates gentle urgency without being pushy. you're not manufacturing fake deadlines. you're just being honest about your availability.

Email 5: The breakup

ℹ️ no worries if now's not the right time. feel free to reach out if things change down the line. i'll keep an eye on [their company] regardless.
