your email should rarely be more than half a page. we're talking 3-5 sentences total:

  1. personal opening line (show you actually looked into them and their business)
  2. one clear value statement (what you can do for them, specifically)
  3. one casual social proof line (matched to their industry)
  4. simple CTA (make it easy to say yes)
