Why it works: leads with the credential that earns you the right to be in someone's inbox, then immediately subverts an assumption so the reader keeps reading.
Customize: VOLUME_METRIC = your biggest verified number (customers, inboxes, campaigns, revenue managed). SPECIFIC_ACTION = the thing you actually did. COUNTER-INTUITIVE_OBSERVATION = the one piece of data that contradicts what the prospect probably believes.

Why it works: positions you as the person who sees the full market, not one lonely data point. the prospect assumes you have a pattern they're inside of.
Customize: CONVERSATION_COUNT = real number from your CRM or calendar. ICP_LABEL = the specific seat they sit in. MISTAKE/PATTERN = the thing you can actually teach them about in under 30 seconds.
